We offer different types of massages such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, MyoFascial, Trigger Point, Chair Massage and Stone Therapy.  So no matter what your need is we will be able to offer a modality of massage that you will enjoy!  We also offer hot compresses during the massage to get heat to those trigger points that are deep. Relaxation Package:  Includes either 60 or 90 minutes of Swedish Massage.
Swedish massage techniques include: long strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, percussion, vibration, effleurage, and shaking motions.
In-studio rate is $80 for 60 minutes and $100 for 90 minutes

Stressed Out Package:  Includes  60 or 90 minutes of Deep Tissue Massage. 
Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension

Loosen Up Package:  Includes 60 or 90 minutes of MyoFascial Therapy
MyoFascial Therapy involves a gentle stretch, the pressure is in a few grams, the hands tend to go with the restricted fascia, hold the stretch, and allow the fascia to 'unwind' itself. The gentle traction applied to the restricted fascia will result in heat and increased blood flow in the area.
In-Studio rate is $120 for 60 minutes and $140 for 90 minutes

No Pain No Gain Package:  Includes a 60 or 90minute Deep Tissue Massage combined with Trigger Point Therapy.  Trigger point therapy is a bodywork technique that involves the applying of pressure to tender muscle tissue in order to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body.
In-Studio rate is $130 for 60 minutes and $150 for 90 minutes

Ultimate Stress Buster Package:  This is a 90 minute massage with a combination of the different modalities of massage that we offer.   Swedish, Deep Tissue, MyoFascial, Trigger Point with Hot Stones added.

Stone Massage Therapy:  Hot stone massage is a variation on classic massage therapy. Heated smooth, flat stones are placed on key points on the body. The massage therapist may also hold the stones and use them to massage certain areas of the body. can be added to any massage package except the Ultimate Stress Buster (already included) for an additional $20. 

4-Handed Massage Package:  This is for the person that wants to be spoiled!  Imagine 2 therapist massaging you at the same time in unison!

Chair Massage Therapy Package:  No time for a full body massage then get a chair massage!   Chair Massage is a client sitting in a massage chair. The client remains fully clothed and no oils are used while their shoulders, neck, upper back, head, and arms are massaged.  The massage takes about 15-30 minutes.  We can also do on-site massages at your place of employment!

Couples Massage Package:  Enjoy the 2 of you being massaged at the same time!  Enjoy the luxury of being in the same room getting massaged together by 2 therapists.  In-Studio or in the privacy of your home!  Need at least 48 hours notice.

15% Student/Military Discount with Valid ID.  ID must be shown at appointment for the discount.
24 Hours notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will carry a 10% cancellation fee.
